According to the State Revenue Committee, the implementation of the electronic queue system continues at the Kazakhstan-Russia border. The implementation started in November 2023 and covers 24 checkpoints. Since its launch, over 89,500 freight vehicles have passed through the system.
The final phase of implementation at the Kazakhstan-Russia border will begin in mid-January 2025. The system is planned to be launched at the largest road checkpoints, such as "Zhana Zhol", "Syrym", "Kairak", and "Zhaisang", ensuring full coverage of the border with the Russian Federation.
