Tengrinews.kz – The Constitutional Court received a complaint about the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for a fine for failure to pay for parking in places with special devices.

The court noted that this norm is based on the Law "On Road Traffic," and the applicant did not ask to check its compliance with the Constitution.

In addition, the complaint was related to the circumstances of a specific case, and such issues, according to the court's response, should be resolved by other bodies or courts.

The Constitutional Court considers only legal issues, not the facts of the case. Therefore, there are no grounds for checking this norm for compliance with the Constitution.
