When asked to name the most effective president in the CIS, artificial intelligence highlighted the Kazakh leader.
ChatGPT noted that Kazakhstan's president is reducing the influence of oligarchs and implementing reforms.
In response to a follow-up question, AI pointed out Tokayev’s efforts in strengthening international relations: "After the start of the war in Ukraine, he managed to maintain neutrality."
The best city in Kazakhstan, according to AI
When asked to name the best city in Kazakhstan, ChatGPT provided multiple options:
- Almaty is best suited for young people and business;
- Astana is ideal for career-driven individuals;
- Shymkent is great for families;
- Atyrau is for those chasing big earnings in the oil sector;
- Karaganda is recommended for those who value stability.
Kazakhstan’s top musician
When asked to name Kazakhstan’s best musician, ChatGPT immediately mentioned Dimash Kudaibergen.
The AI also recognized Batyrkhan Shukenov and Skryptonite but emphasized that "Dimash is Kazakhstan’s main musical symbol."

To conclude our conversation with AI, we asked it to describe the key qualities of Kazakhstan’s people. ChatGPT highlighted five unique traits of Kazakhstanis:
