March 28: Partly cloudy, rain expected during the day. East wind at 3-8 m/s, with gusts up to 15 m/s during the day. Nighttime temperature: 0 to +2°C, daytime: +6 to +8°C.

March 29: Partly cloudy, rain and snow at night, fog. Northeastern wind at 3-8 m/s. Nighttime temperature: 0 to -2°C, daytime: +8 to +10°C.
