We are looking forward to Tokayev’s visit – Peskov

Tengrinews.kz – Deputy Chief of Staff of the Russian Presidential Administration and Press Secretary to Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, spoke about the preparations for the upcoming state visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Russia.

Peskov announced that Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will visit Russia in November this year on an official state visit.

“Right now, we are all working on preparing for the first state visit of the President of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation, which will take place in November. This preparation is being carried out through various channels: our diplomats are working, our parliament is involved, and our media as well. The responsibility is enormous. And we are looking forward to this visit with great anticipation. A substantial package of documents is being prepared, which will be finalized during high-level meetings. We are confident that the visit will be a great success. At least from our side as the host, we are preparing to do everything at the highest possible level,” said Dmitry Peskov during his speech at the second Kazakh-Russian media forum held in Almaty.
