February 22: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Fog expected at night. Southeastern wind at 2-7 m/s. Temperatures will range from -2 to -4°C at night and 8-10°C during the day.
February 23: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Southwesterly wind at 3-8 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be -1 to -3°C, with daytime temperatures reaching 10-12°C.
February 24: Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Southwesterly wind at 3-8 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be -1 to -3°C, with daytime temperatures rising to 12-14°C.
