Dollar-to-tenge exchange rate on April 2
As of 12:20 p.m., the dollar was being sold at exchange offices in Astana for an average of 475 tenge and bought for 468 tenge. In Almaty, the selling rate for the U.S. currency stood at 472.44 tenge, while the average buying rate was 470 tenge.
It should be noted that on April 1, following daytime trading on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average dollar exchange rate was 475.09 tenge, down by 3.06 tenge.
That day, exchange offices in Astana were selling the dollar for an average of 480 tenge and buying it for 473 tenge. In Almaty, the average selling rate was 476.47 tenge, while the buying rate was 474.22 tenge.

The official exchange rate set by the National Bank for April 2 is 475.09 tenge per dollar.
