Tengrinews.kz - Traffic will be restricted at one of the intersections in Almaty due to the paving of Abai Avenue.
The Almaty akimat (local government administration) reported that traffic restrictions are being temporarily introduced due to the work on paving Abai Avenue to the city border. From November 2 to 25, through traffic will be restricted at the intersection of Kilybai Medeubekov Street and Abai Avenue.

You can bypass the section in the southern direction along Karamanova, Grushovaya, Stroitelnaya Streets, in the northern direction along Stroitelnaya, Vinogradnaya, Karamanova Streets.
According to the akimat, the work on paving Abai Avenue is planned to be completed by the end of the year. Currently, work is being carried out on a 600-meter section, the total length of the paving will be 5.3 kilometers.
Earlier, the new ice skating season at Medeu in Almaty was announced.
