In honor of the Iranian leader’s visit, an honor guard was lined up in the ceremonial hall. The presidential orchestra performed the national anthems of both countries. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Masoud Pezeshkian walked along the red carpet toward the State Flag.

As previously reported, the Iranian President’s official visit to Kazakhstan will take place on December 10–11. The agenda includes high-level talks focused on strengthening Kazakh-Iranian cooperation in trade and economics, transport and logistics, and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
