Tengrinews.kz - During a working trip to the Zhetysu region, the Head of State visited the secondary school named after Kemel Tokayev, located in Ushtobe.
The school's director Lyazzat Ispanova told Kassym-Jomart Tokayev about the students' achievements.
Then he got acquainted with the Kemel Tokayev Museum, opened in 1997, which displays his personal belongings, photographs, documents, and books.
"The President was shown an intellectual game dedicated to the life and work of the writer, as well as a small production based on his stories.
The Head of State was also told about the results of the activities of the Kemel Tokayev Charitable Foundation, which was established 15 years ago," the press service of Akorda said in a statement.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in the Zhetysu region on December 12. He will visit a number of industrial and social facilities in the region.
