Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will pay an official visit to Turkey, according to Akorda.
“On July 29, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will pay an official visit to Turkey. During the visit in Ankara, the heads of state will hold talks aimed at further strengthening the Kazakh-Turkish strategic partnership,” the statement said.
The presidents will also hold the fifth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between Kazakhstan and Turkey.
As a reminder, Kazakhstan is expanding its visa-free regime with Turkey. Now, Turkish citizens will be able to stay in Kazakhstan without a visa for up to 90 days. The corresponding amendments to the government resolution were introduced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the republic.
