Tengrinews.kz – Tokayev to meet with Trump: time announced, citing Akorda.
The meeting between Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to take place at 4:00 a.m. Astana time (6:00 p.m. Washington time), the press service of the Head of State reports.
As a reminder, on the night of November 6, the President of Kazakhstan arrived in Washington on an official visit.
Today, Tokayev’s program began with a meeting with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, and Special Presidential Envoy for South and Central Asia Sergio Gor.
The participants exchanged views on key aspects of bilateral and regional agendas.
Earlier it was reported that Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will hold talks with Donald Trump and take part in the “Central Asia – USA” (C5+1) summit.
