Tokayev sent a telegram to the president of Israel

Tengrinews.kz — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram to the President of Israel, according to Akorda.

“Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Isaac Herzog on Israel’s Independence Day, wishing him well-being and prosperity,” the statement said.

Israel’s Independence Day is the country’s main national holiday, observed annually to commemorate the proclamation of the State of Israel on May 14, 1948 (5 Iyar 5708 in the Hebrew calendar). In the Gregorian calendar, the date changes every year, usually falling in April or May. It may also be moved to a nearby date to avoid coinciding with Saturday.
