Lee Kai-Fu, who has extensive experience in developing software products and artificial intelligence in China and the United States, highly appreciated Kazakhstan's potential in implementing IT initiatives and creating a competitive technology ecosystem.
Lee Kai-Fu is an expert in artificial intelligence and an entrepreneur and investor. He previously headed Google China and worked at Apple and Microsoft. He is the founder of Microsoft Research Asia, an institute that has trained most of China's AI leaders, including the CTOs of Alibaba, Lenovo, and Huawei.
He also founded Sinovation Ventures, a venture capital fund that invests in technology. Author of the bestselling book AI Superpowers, which discusses the global competition in AI between China and the United States.
