Credentials were presented by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus, Petros Nacouzis; Ambassador of Japan, Yasumasa Iijima; Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Han Chunlin; Ambassador of the Republic of Austria, Andrea Bacher; Ambassador of Burkina Faso, Aristide Rapugdondba Ludovic Tapsoba; Ambassador of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Siphandone Oyboubaddi; Ambassador of New Zealand, Mark Trainer; Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark, Jesper Vahr; and Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, Alenka Suhadolnik.

In his welcoming address to the diplomats, the President emphasized that Kazakhstan pursues a peace-loving foreign policy aimed at promoting peace and security both globally and in the region.

He noted that Kazakhstan is an active player on the international stage, regularly hosting major events and meetings. As the largest economy in the region, Kazakhstan actively attracts investments from various countries, and its market is open to economic cooperation.

In conclusion, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the ambassadors on the official start of their diplomatic missions and conveyed his best wishes to the leaders of their respective countries.
