Tengrinews.kz - Tokayev showed the President of Slovenia how the AIFC in Astana works.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the President of Slovenia Natasa Pirc Musar, who is on an official visit to Kazakhstan, visited the Astana International Financial Center.
The presidents were introduced to the structure and main areas of activity of the financial center.
- The volume of investments attracted through the center's platform reached 14.4 billion dollars;
- 7.1 billion - portfolio investments on the Astana International Exchange;
- 7.3 billion - investments of AIFC participants.
In total, about 3700 companies from more than 80 countries are registered here.
"The Heads of State were told about the work of the AIFC Court - the first judicial system in Central Asia based on the norms and principles of case law, as well as the International Arbitration Center," the Akorda press service noted.
