The head of state emphasized that ensuring the rule of law and reforming the judicial system play a key role in building a legal state.

"We are carrying out extremely important reforms aimed at promoting law and order in Kazakhstan. We believe that the rule of law must be implemented in practice. I consider this to be very important for ensuring the stability and prosperity of our country. Therefore, I look forward to further cooperation between the international association and Kazakhstan, as well as our judicial system," the President said.

In turn, the IACA leader highly appreciated the legal reforms being carried out in Kazakhstan and expressed readiness to continue cooperation. According to her, the separation of judicial administration functions from the Supreme Court is one of the most effective solutions in global practice. Pamela Harris noted that the association is focused on strengthening ties with Kazakhstan and spoke about the active participation of representatives of the national judicial administration in IACA's work.

During the meeting, key aspects of judicial system reform were discussed. Special attention was paid to expanding cooperation between judicial bodies, as well as prospects for the use of digital solutions and artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings.
