Tokayev congratulated the President of Vietnam

Tengrinews.kz — Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on his election as President of the country, citing the Akorda press service.

“Your victory in the election confirms the high level of public support for your strategic initiatives aimed at the political and economic development of Vietnam and the protection of its national interests on the international stage. I am confident that under your wise leadership, the country will achieve new and impressive success,” the telegram said.

The President emphasized that Vietnam is one of Kazakhstan’s important partners in Asia and expressed confidence in the further expansion of the strategic partnership for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
