Tengrinews.kz – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Sri Lanka Anura Kumara Dissanayake, according to the press service of Akorda.
In his telegram, the Head of State congratulated the President of Sri Lanka on the national holiday – Independence Day.
Tokayev noted the significant achievements of Sri Lanka on the path of sustainable development and strengthening its international authority.
"Kazakhstan attaches great importance to further deepening relations with Sri Lanka. I am confident that our interaction will continue to develop in the spirit of friendship and mutual respect for the benefit of our peoples," the congratulatory message says.
The Head of State wished Anura Kumara Dissanayake success in his responsible work, and the people of Sri Lanka – well-being and prosperity.
