Tengrinews.kz – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has issued a decree granting new military and special ranks, as well as class ranks, to several officials in Kazakhstan, the presidential press service reported.
According to the decree, the rank of Vice Admiral was awarded to Serik Zhaksygalievich Burambaev.
The military rank of Major General was conferred on Anatoly Andreyevich Dovganyuk, Almas Tynyshbekovich Isabekov, Ramil Fatkulovich Kamalov, Dauren Mukhtarkhanuly Manap, and Zhenis Mukhamedkaliyevich Maralov.
The special rank of Major General of National Security was awarded to Denis Valeryevich Bartenev, Rustam Zhiyanovich Ibraev, Nurzhan Maratovich Kusainov, Sayat Abugalievich Sauranbaev, and Askhat Baibatyrovich Toktamysov.
Roman Almakhanovich Torekhanov received the special rank of Major General of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The special rank of Major General of the Anti-Corruption Service was awarded to Ernar Abseitovich Makazhanov and Arman Tastemirovich Rakhimov.
The special rank of Major General of the Economic Investigations Service was granted to Kuat Amanbekovich Abdykhanov and Andrey Anatolyevich Yugai.
The special rank of Major General of Police was awarded to Baurzhan Tolegenovich Alenov, Kairken Zhetpisbaevich Aliyev, Sagindik Kuzembaevich Ayaganov, Sarkytbai Zakirovich Kusainov, and Kaisar Abilekovich Sultanbaev.
Additionally, the class rank of State Counselor of Justice, 3rd class was granted to Daulet Ertaevich Akylbekov, Madiyar Bekenovich Bashybaev, Serik Akmyrzynovich Karipbekov, and Gabyt Amangeldiyevich Sadyrbekov.
