Tengrinews.kz - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Turkmenistan to attend the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, citing the Akorda press service.
Upon arrival at Turkmenbashi International Airport, the Head of State was welcomed by the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow.

Earlier, the Akorda press service announced that Tokayev would take part in the UN conference on August 5 in Awaza, Turkmenistan.
UN conferences are key platforms for discussing global challenges and developing solutions in areas such as development, the environment, and other critical issues.
On August 3, at the invitation of President Tokayev, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arrived in Almaty.
