The Senate released Gabit Alzhanov, Roza Zhakudina, and Tynyshtyk Moldakhmetova from their posts. The corresponding presidential motion was announced at the chamber’s session by Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Dmitry Malakhov.

“The President has submitted a motion for the dismissal of Gabit Alzhanov, Roza Zhakudina, and Tynyshlyk Moldakhmetova from their positions as judges of the Supreme Court due to retirement. All three have around 30 years of judicial experience, impeccable reputations, and are highly respected in the judicial community.
