Tengrinews.kz - The Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke about the work of the employees of the Center for Disaster Medicine in the first minutes after the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane near Aktau.
The staff of the Disaster Medicine Center were among the first to arrive at the scene. They promptly began to provide assistance to the victims, promptly delivering them to a medical facility. Among those who showed particular dedication was the driver-paramedic of the Disaster Medicine Center team, Kozhabek Allabergenov, who immediately transported the victims to the hospital.
"As soon as I saw the smoke, I tried to get ahead of everyone and be the first to get to the accident site, since my car was faster. The doctor and I were the first to begin providing assistance. The paramedic continued to provide further assistance to the people pulled out from under the rubble. We pulled out a woman trapped in a chair. Then the doctor instructed us to continue carrying people out, and he himself went inside the car to make sure there were pregnant women or children who needed help. At that moment, the firefighters arrived, who, together with them, provided assistance to the victims and delivered them to the hospital," recalls Kozhabek Allabergenov.
