Tengrinews.kz - The tenge continued its upward trend as the US dollar fell in value on Kazakhstan’s currency market on April 29.

Tengrinews.kz - The tenge continued its upward trend as the US dollar fell in value on Kazakhstan’s currency market on April 29.

According to results from the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the average weighted exchange rate of the US dollar stood at 512.32 tenge, down 1.18 tenge from the previous day. The official rate set by the National Bank for April 29 is 513.68 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, exchange offices in Almaty are buying dollars at an average of 511.95 tenge and selling at 513.87 tenge. In Astana, the average buying rate is 510.28 tenge, with the selling rate at 516.33 tenge.
