Tengrinews.kz - The dollar exchange rate at trades in Kazakhstan on February 18 has been announced.

Tengrinews.kz - The dollar exchange rate at trades in Kazakhstan on February 18 has been announced.

By the end of the daytime trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average exchange rate of the dollar was 497.89 tenge, decreasing by 0.68 tenge. It is noted that the official rate set by the National Bank for February 18 is 498.75 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, the current average buying rate of the dollar in Almaty exchange offices is 500.21 tenge, while the selling rate is 503.34 tenge. In Astana exchange offices, the US currency is bought at an average rate of 497.64 tenge and sold at 503.74 tenge.

Previously, Vice Minister of National Economy Arman Kassenov explained the key factors influencing the exchange rate of the tenge and whether devaluation should be expected.
