In Astana, fog is expected at night and in the morning on December 2. Fog is also expected in the western and eastern parts of the Akmola region.
In the western, southern, and mountainous areas of the Almaty region, occasional fog and icy roads are expected. In Almaty, fog and icy roads are also expected on December 2. In Konaev, similar conditions of fog and icy roads are anticipated.
In the southern, northern, and central parts of the Kyzylorda region, fog is expected. In Kyzylorda, fog is forecast at night.
In the eastern part of the Ulytau region, icy roads are anticipated. At night and in the morning, fog will affect the western and northern parts of the region.
From December 2 to 3, icy roads are expected in the northern and mountainous areas of the Zhambyl region. Fog will affect the southern, eastern, and mountainous parts of the region. On December 2, southwesterly winds will reach 15-20 meters per second in the southwestern and mountainous areas at night and in the morning. In Taraz, fog is expected occasionally on December 2.
In the Karaganda region, icy roads are expected. Fog is forecast at night and in the morning in the western, northern, and eastern parts of the region. In Karaganda, icy roads and fog are anticipated at night and in the morning.

In the western, northern, and southern parts of the Abai region, fog and icy roads are anticipated. Winds will shift from southwest to northwest, reaching 15-20 m/s in the western, northern, and central parts.
Fog is expected at night and in the morning in the western and southern parts of the North Kazakhstan region. Southwesterly winds will intensify to 15-20 m/s in the northern areas during the day. In Petropavlovsk on December 2, southwesterly winds with gusts of 15-20 m/s are forecast during the day.
In the eastern and southern parts of the Atyrau region, fog is expected at night and in the morning. In Atyrau, fog is also forecast during these times.
