In the south, partly cloudy skies and occasional fog are expected. In the north and east, snow and icy conditions are forecast.

In the west, the weather will be mostly dry, with occasional rain possible in some areas.

Almaty – Partly cloudy, no precipitation. Temperature: −1 to −3°C at night, +8 to +10°C during the day.

Shymkent – Slight cloudiness, no precipitation. Temperature: −0 to −2°C at night, +12 to +14°C during the day.

Turkestan – Slight cloudiness, no precipitation. Fog at night and in the morning. Temperature: −0 to −2°C at night, +10 to +12°C during the day.
