Tengrinews.kz - Forecasters have shared their weather predictions for Kazakhstan on December 21, 22, and 23.
According to the forecast, starting from December 21, a northwestern cyclone will impact most of Kazakhstan, bringing snow, blizzards, and gusty winds. Only in the western regions will precipitation (rain and snow) and icy conditions be observed on December 23.
Heavy snow is expected on December 21 in Pavlodar Region and on December 22 in East Kazakhstan Region. By December 23, with the movement of a western anticyclone, predominantly dry weather is forecast for the southern part of the country.
"No significant changes in temperature are expected," forecasters added.
Earlier, forecasters clarified the weather forecast for winter 2024/2025 in Kazakhstan. It is noted that in general, the winter temperature regime is expected to be within the climatic norm with precipitation exceeding the long-term norm. However, periods with cessation of precipitation and abnormally low air temperatures are not excluded.
