February 21: Partly cloudy weather is forecasted, with snow at night and mixed precipitation (rain and snow) during the day. Fog is expected at night and in the morning, with icy roads. The wind will be southeast, 2-7 m/s. Temperatures will be -3 to -5°C at night and +3 to +5°C during the day.
