The message speaks of increased cases of fraud.

"Due to the increased cases of fraud, we recommend that you do not transfer codes received from number 1414 to third parties. You can also voluntarily refuse to receive bank loans and microloans for an unlimited period. If necessary, you can independently disable this function in order to use a bank loan," Kazakhstanis were warned.
