Tengrinews.kz - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in Jordan for an official visit, according to Akorda’s press service.
Upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, Tokayev was welcomed by Prince Ali bin Al-Hussein and Jordanian Prime Minister Jafar Hassan.

The visit will include high-level talks with King Abdullah II in both narrow and expanded formats. A series of bilateral agreements is expected to be signed following the negotiations.
Discussions will focus on enhancing cooperation in trade, economy, and cultural-humanitarian sectors.
Earlier, President Tokayev described Jordan as a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the Middle East and the Arab world.
Jordan is an Arab country located on the eastern bank of the Jordan River, known for its ancient landmarks and nature reserves. It shares borders with Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Israel, and the Palestinian territories.
Tokayev’s visit to Jordan was previously announced.
