Tengrinews.kz – A solemn welcoming ceremony for the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was held in Paris, according to Akorda.
The state visit of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the French Republic began with a solemn welcoming ceremony.

The head of state was met by President Emmanuel Macron to the fanfare of a military orchestra. The national anthems of Kazakhstan and France were played.

"The heads of state inspected the guard of honor, consisting of servicemen of the Republican Guard, aerospace, land and naval forces. Upon completion of the inspection, the guard of honor solemnly marched in front of the presidents. Then, mutual introductions of members of official delegations and honored guests took place," the publication says.

Recall that yesterday, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in France on a state visit. At the Paris airport, the President of Kazakhstan was met by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot.
