President of Kazakhstan has no personal blogs in social networks, Tengrinews.kz says, with reference to his Press Service. “There are no blogs run by the Head of State in social networks now and at this stage the President isn’t planning to start any. All the official information on activities of the Head of State is available at akorda.kz,” Nazarbayev’s Press Service said October 5. The reason behind this statement was emergence of a Twitter account run by someone naming himself “Nursultan Nazarbayev”. The account is updated on a regular basis. PM Karim Massimov is an active user of social networks, including Twitter.
