Kazakhstan’s PM Karim Massimov addressed to the Muslims of Kazakhstan in his Twitter on the eve of Laylat al-Qadir (Night of Power). “In the noble month of Ramadan, this Night of power is the most blessed. May Allah hear all your prayers and accept your charities”, the PM wrote. Laylat al-Qadir (Night of Power) is one of the odd-numbered nights during the last ten days of Ramadan. It commemorates the night on which the Prophet received the first revelation of the Qur'an. It is observed by night-long prayer, Qur'an recitation, and special acts of charity.
