Tengrinews.kz - The National Security Committee reported on the suppression of the activities of a group of individuals suspected of organizing illegal migration.
It is reported that the NSC Department for the Kyzylorda Region and the city of Baikonur, in coordination with the prosecutor's office, suppressed the activities of a group of individuals suspected of organizing illegal migration.
"According to preliminary data, they illegally issued more than 80 temporary residence permits in Kazakhstan to citizens of neighboring countries. During the searches, material evidence was seized. A pre-trial investigation is being conducted under Part 1 of Article 251, Part 2 of Article 394 and Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code," the report says.
Other information in accordance with Part 1 of Article 201 of the Criminal Procedure Code is not subject to disclosure.
