Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev signed decrees on appointment of ten ministers, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the presidenital press-service. The following ministers have retained their positions in the Government: Minister of Defense Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, Minister of Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev, Minister of Education and Science Bakytzhan Zhumagulov, Minister of Healthcare Salidat Kairbekova, Minister of Labor and Social Protection Gulshara Abdykalikova, Minister of Finance Bolat Zhamishev, Minister of Environmental Protection Nurgali Ashim, Minister of Culture Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed, Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbayev, Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Bozhko.
