The bust of the prominent thinker is located at the intersection of Nazarbayev and Kachalov streets in Kazan. The sculptor, Nurbol Kaliev, is a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The monument can be found next to the monument of Taikazan, a bronze replica of a kazan situated at the Ahmed Yasawi Mosque in Turkestan. Recently, the park saw renovations, with new benches, pathways, and lighting installed.

As a reminder, the BRICS summit is taking place in Kazan on October 23-24. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Kazan for a working visit at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin to participate in the 16th BRICS Summit of Heads of State.

During his visit, the President of Kazakhstan is expected to hold a series of bilateral meetings and speak at the BRICS "outreach"/"BRICS+" plenary session.
