Behind the scenes at the Mazhilis, journalists inquired about the final decision on monitoring mobile transfers.

"We have increased the amount from 224 thousand to 1 million tenge. In total, it will be 1 million over 3 months," Birzhanov said.

Earlier, the State Revenue Committee proposed introducing a limit on mobile transfers, setting the bar at 3 minimum wages, or 255 thousand tenge.

Later it became known that the threshold was going to be increased to 1 million tenge.
