Northwest winds turning southwest with gusts of 15-20 meters per second in the southwest, northeast, and mountainous areas.
Zhetysu Region: Snow, rain, and icy conditions are expected in mountainous areas during the day. Northwest winds with gusts of 15-20 meters per second in the eastern part of the region.
North Kazakhstan Region: Snow and blizzard conditions are expected, with precipitation (rain, snow) and icy conditions in the west. East, northeast winds with gusts of 15-20 meters per second, sometimes reaching 25 meters per second.
Karaganda Region: Snow is expected in the west and north during the night, and light snow, low-level blizzards in the east. Blizzard conditions during the day, with strong snow in the western part.
