Kazakhstan Prime-Minister Karim Massimov flew more than three thousand kilometers on April 12 introducing re-appointed Akims (Governors) of Kazakhstan's regions. He made four flilghts, Tengrinews.kz reports. The numbers are based on one of Internet-calculations of distances between Kazakhstan cities. “I'm flying to oblasts. I will start with Kostanai,” Karim Massimov worte in Twitter at noon as he left for Kostanai. Distance number one -- Astana-Kostanai -- 709 kilometers. Having introduced re-appointed Akim of Kostanai oblast Sergey Kulagin, the Prime-Minister left for Karaganda. Distance number two -- Kostanai-Karaganda -- 919 kilometers. After introducing Akim of Karaganda oblast Serik Akhmetov, Massimov flew to Ust-Kamenogorsk. Distance number three -- Karaganda-Ust-Kamenogorsk -- 900 kilometers. "B.M. Saparbayev approved. No surprises,” Prime-Minister wrote in his blog and left for Pavlodar. Distance number four -- Ust-Kamenogorsk-Pavlodar -- 599 kilometers. "The long day finished with introduction of Sagintayev in Pavlodar,” Karim Massimov wrote. Overall, Prime-Minister flew 3,127 kilometers in one day. He spent an average of three and a half hours in flights. As per the posts in Twitter, Massimov visited the total of four oblasts in nine hours.
