Kazkahstan’s Government debt as of the end of Q1 2011 made up $ 15.7 billion, Profinance.kz quoted Bolat Zhamishev, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Finance, as saying.
“As of the end of the Q1 2011, the Government debt is within safe limits. It made up 71.8% of the planned level”, the Minister said at the Government sitting today, April 26.
Limit for the Government debt in 2011 has been set at $ 21.9 billion, that is 15% of the anticipated GDP.
