Tengrinews.kz - Kazhydromet warned residents of Almaty and other cities in different regions of the country.

On February 6, 2025, unfavorable meteorological conditions of air pollution are expected in the cities of Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey, Ridder, and Almaty.

Unfavorable meteorological conditions are a combination of short-term meteorological factors (calm, light wind, fog, inversion), which contribute to the accumulation of harmful (polluting) substances in the surface layer of atmospheric air.

Earlier, Kazhydromet issued a weather forecast for February 6, 7, and 8, warning of extreme cold temperatures across Kazakhstan.
