Tengrinews.kz - 23-year-old Almaty resident Kenzhebek Ismailov has managed to cancel a fine for violating traffic rules with the help of ChatGPT. He reported this on his page on X.
In December last year, Ismailov received a fine of 5,800 tenge with a discount for allegedly violating traffic rules, which he paid. However, after analyzing the video recording, he began to doubt the correctness of the punishment imposed.
"I won the court with the help of ChatGPT. In December, I was given an illegal fine. I paid about 5,800 tenge with a discount. But, after receiving the video on the qamqorgov website. I filed a complaint against the Almaty Police Department. They rejected it," the post says.
The complaint against the police was rejected, but Ismailov did not give in and filed a lawsuit. He used ChatGPT to draft the claim and other documents, which helped him achieve success.
The court ruled in Ismailov's favor and overturned the fine.
Now, after winning the court, Kenzhebek intends to go to civil court to receive compensation. The young man claims that his fight is not aimed at getting money, but at protecting his rights.
