Tengrinews.kz – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed an expansion of the list of state awards.
The President recalled his directive to establish honorary titles for representatives of working professions, inventors, and scientists.
“It is planned to add nine more honorary titles to the system of state awards. In particular, to recognize the immense contribution of agricultural workers to the country’s development, the title of ‘Honored Worker of Kazakhstan’s Agricultural Sector’ will be established,” Tokayev stated today at the Agricultural Workers' Forum.
According to him, lawmakers are already considering amendments to the relevant laws.
“Throughout the next year, which has been declared the Year of Working Professions, the focus should be on genuine laborers. I am confident that this will help promote the values of hard work and professionalism in society,” the head of state added.
