Tengrinews.kz - Kazakhstan plans to introduce legal changes prohibiting life coaches from guaranteeing instant success.

Serik Kusainov, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Trade and Integration, announced the proposed amendments, emphasizing that many Kazakhstani citizens attend training sessions where organizers promise life-changing results—something that rarely happens in reality.

"We have addressed this issue in the bill. Service providers will not be allowed to promise consumers that their lives will instantly improve after taking their courses. This is essentially misleading consumers about the quality of the service," Kusainov stated on the sidelines the "Consumer Rights Protection: Dialogue Between Business, Government, and Society" forum.
