Tengrinews.kz – The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan has introduced a new online platform, Qyzmet-Police.kz, which fully automates the recruitment process for joining the internal affairs bodies, according to Polisia.kz.
The service allows citizens to apply for police service electronically — with no queues, no paper documents, and no in-person visits. All vacancies are gathered in one place, where applicants can choose a region, unit, and position, and then submit their application immediately.
Documents are uploaded once directly on the website. Candidate selection is carried out entirely in digital form, with each stage automatically recorded by the system, ensuring transparency and minimizing corruption risks.
In addition, Qyzmet-Police.kz provides up-to-date information on salaries and housing allowances for each position. Users can track their application status in real time — from submission to interview invitation.
It is noted that Kazakhstani citizens aged 18 and older, who are proficient in the state language, have no criminal record, and meet health and physical fitness requirements, may apply for police service. Men must have completed compulsory military service or have an official exemption. Most positions require only secondary education, but officer roles require higher education, preferably in law. Candidates undergo background checks, medical examinations, testing, and physical fitness assessments.
