Tengrinews.kz - New rules for attaching to a clinic in Kazakhstan have been introduced. The Ministry of Healthcare has developed a draft order that makes changes and additions to the rules for attaching to primary healthcare organizations (PHC).
According to the draft, the changes will affect students, conscripts, and minors:
- Students: Out-of-town students studying at universities and madrasas will be able to attach to the nearest clinic via the electronic government portal or in paper form. For students under 18, a request from legal representatives will be required. Students over 18 will be able to attach themselves either at their actual place of residence or at the location of their educational institution.
- Conscripts: Young people eligible for conscription will also be able to attach via the electronic portal or in paper form.
- Minors: Parents and guardians will now be able to attach children to clinics at the actual place of residence, which, according to the Ministry of Healthcare's plans, will simplify access to medical services for families living away from their registered addresses.
The dates for the annual attachment campaign will also change: it will now run from September 1 to November 1, instead of the previous period from September 15 to November 15.
Earlier, we reported that a new service appeared on the eGov.kz portal, allowing guardians of children and incapacitated citizens to attach their wards to a clinic.
