Tengrinews.kz - In anticipation of the World Nomad Games, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has transitioned to an enhanced security service across the country to ensure public order and safety, according to Polisia.kz.
Given the international event taking place in Astana, special attention has been given to the capital, where on September 3, a general roll-call of the complex police forces taking up duty was held.
The readiness of the personnel to carry out their assigned tasks was inspected by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"The deployed forces are focused on the prevention of offenses, maintaining public order in places of mass gatherings, and ensuring polite and respectful interactions with citizens," the publication states.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges residents and visitors of the capital to comply with the law and to understand the enhanced security measures aimed at ensuring public order.
