Tengrinews.kz – Television and radio broadcasting in Kazakhstan will be temporarily suspended.
According to JSC “Kazteleradio”, the outage is scheduled for October 16 from 03:00 to 17:00.
The company explained that the downtime is due to routine maintenance for the fourth quarter of the year, affecting satellite, digital, and analog broadcast networks.
“During the maintenance work, the retransmission of TV and radio channels across the entire territory of Kazakhstan will be temporarily suspended,” the statement reads.
Kazteleradio emphasized that the work is necessary to ensure high-quality television and radio broadcasting.
The last nationwide shutdown for preventive maintenance in Kazakhstan took place in April.
