Tengrinews.kz – Meteorologists have issued a weather forecast for Kazakhstan for April 26, 27, and 28.
Unstable weather in Kazakhstan
According to the forecast, unstable weather is expected across most of Kazakhstan due to passing atmospheric fronts, bringing rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, and possibly hail.
Heavy rains are forecast for:
- April 27: West Kazakhstan and Akmola regions;
- April 28: Kostanay, Akmola, and North Kazakhstan regions.
“Fog is expected in the western, eastern, and southeastern parts of the country. Frosts of -1 to -3°C are forecast at night on April 26 in Abai Region, and on April 26–27 in East Kazakhstan Region,” meteorologists said.
Temperature forecast by region
- West: Night temperatures dropping from 10–15°C to 2–10°C, daytime dropping from 20–27°C to 6–14°C;
- Southwest: Nighttime drops from 12–20°C to 7–15°C, daytime remains 20–30°C, but drops to 10–18°C by April 28;
- Northwest: Night drops from 10–17°C to 7–12°C, daytime from 20–28°C to 12–22°C;
- North: Night warms up from 5–10°C to 10–17°C, daytime drops from 21–28°C to 18–23°C;
- Center: Night temperatures fluctuate from 5–15°C to 12–17°C, daytime stays mostly between 23–30°C;
- East: Night warms up from 1–8°C (with frosts of -1 to -3°C in the northeast) to 10–15°C, daytime rises from 20–27°C to 23–31°C;
- South: Night warming from 15–20°C to 17–23°C, daytime rises from 28–33°C to 32–37°C;
- Southeast: Night warming from 5–17°C to 10–20°C, daytime from 22–30°C to 27–35°C.
